AB0679 OPHTHALMOLOGICAL FINDINGS BY STRUCTURAL SPECTRAL DOMAIN OPTICAL COHERENCE TOMOGRAPHY IN PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS

Background Systemic Lupus Erythematosus represents the prototype of autoimmune systemic disease, its etiology involves aberrant interactions between genetic, immunological and environmental factors, affecting multiple organs systems; about a third patients present ocular alterations, with variable degree severity from mild clinical manifestations involving external anterior segments, to severe sight-threatening disease posterior eye segments. Objectives Describe correlate findings, as well positivity autoantibodies in using structural Spectral-Domain Optical Coherence Tomography (SD-OCT). Methods Cross-sectional single-center study, descriptive statistics correlation analysis were performed Spearman’s test findings determined by (SD-OCT) serological determinations antiphospholipid autoantibodies, anti-nuclear antibodies, anti-DNAds anti-Smith antibodies during months January 2020 December 2020, performing general ophthalmological examination Tomography. Results 29 included, 26 women 3 men, positive 56% population, lupus nephritis was found renal biopsy 49% activity MEX-SLEDAI, finding >9 points 11% <9 89% population. Maculopathy 24% patients; correlations abnormalities SD-OCT were: anticoagulant/Maculopathy p=0.008, anticardiolipin antibodies/maculopathy p= 0.026, anti Smith/choriocapillaritis p=0.014, decreased capillary perfusion/choriocapillaritis 0.003 choroiditis 0.012, perfusion quadrants/maculopathy p=0.043. A decrease retinal thickness 65% also density ganglion macular cells optic nerve head. Conclusion Findings our study predominantly choroidal, alterations; specific maculopathy chorioretinitis Anticoagulant, alterations antibodies.
